Adding Jobs to a Shift (via Shift Planning)

There are various ways to assign a Job to a Shift within Crittah. For this document, we will intro this function via “Shift Planning”

If you navigate to Planning>Shift Planning

Notice the three different Tabs?

For this exercise, we will focus on the Job Planning Tab

There are various filters to assist you in viewing shifts and jobs in a specified window

To Assign a Job to a Driver/Shift, simply select from the Available Job panel and drag the job to the Driver/Shift

The Job is now Assigned to a specific Shift which is associated to a Driver

Note : You can also use the same functionality to move the Job to a different Shift or re-sequence the order of the job within the Shift

The driver will now see the assigned Job on their Driver App when they sign in to this Shift
