Job Settings

Crittah allows you to make jobs setting changes at the individual job type level or across all job types depending on the specific setting

Global Jobs Configuration

In "All jobs configuration" you can configure settings that apply to all job types you have defined in Crittah.

To access "All jobs Configuration" navigate to Admin -> Administration -> Global Jobs Configuration. Bellow arethe following configurations that can be made:

  • Filter Customer Search by Types - This feature allows you to filter the customers that appear in the customer search field to only specific customer types. You would use this feature if specific customer types or customer should not appear in the list when creating jobs.
  • Enable POD - POD stands for Proof of Delivery and is used to either obtain a signature from the customer or to take a picture to provide evidence that the job was completed. POD is collected using the mobile app. Once turned on the two options will appear on the mobile device.
  • Add Inventory to Jobs - Crittah allows you to add inventory to a job when the job requires the sale or use of tang-able goods. This feature is only available in the Enterprise version of Crittah.
  • Colour code jobs based on due date - You can colour code your jobs to indicate provide visual assistance to identify up and coming jobs or jobs that are now overdue. More information on how to configure this can be found below.
  • Colour code jobs based on follow up date - You can colour code your jobs to indicate provide visual assistance to identify jobs that need to be followed up or jobs that are now overdue. More information on how to configure this can be found below.

Colour code jobs based on due date

You can colour coding jobs based on their due time to help operations visually manage up and coming jobs as well as jobs that have become overdue. Crittah allows for up to six colour codes and time ranges.

To use colour codes navigate to Admin -> Administration -> Global Jobs Configuration. In the section labelled "Colour code jobs based on due date" enable as many colour code configurations as needed (up to six allowed). Pick the colour you think best represents the urgency of the job. Enter the number of minutes difference from the current time to the job due time to activate the colour.

For example if you would like a job to be highlighted in red if it is 30 minutes past the due time from the current time then you would select the colour red and then set the time to -30.

The example below shows how all six colour has been used to highlight jobs due in the future as well as the past.

Colour code jobs based on follow up date

You can colour coding jobs based on their follow up time to help sales and customer service visually manage up and coming jobs as well as jobs that have passed their follow up time. Crittah allows for up to six colour codes and time ranges.

To use colour codes navigate to Admin -> Administration -> Global Jobs Configuration. In the section labelled "Colour code jobs based on follow up date" enable as many colour code configurations as needed (up to six allowed). Pick the colour you think best represents the urgency of the job. Enter the number of minutes difference from the current time to the job follow up time to activate the colour.

For example if you would like a job to be highlighted in red if it is 30 minutes past the due time from the current time then you would select the colour red and then set the time to -30.

The example below shows how all six colour has been used to highlight jobs due in the future as well as the past.

Jobs will now be colour coded on the job leads screen based on this configuration. To view the job leads screen navigate to Manage -> Job Leads.

Single Job Configuration

In "Job type configuration" you can configure settings specific to a job type. Making changes to single job types will only effect the specifi job type that you are configuring.
