New Features

FeatureDescriptionMore Information
Email templates for jobsEmail templates allow you to send templated emails to the customer about a job. Email templates can be configured with "Meta-Data" fields to personalise the email message to include the customers name, contact names, job reference information and more.
Email eventsYou can configure emails to be sent out on events when a job status changes. This will allow you to automatically send an email to a customer when a job changes to a specific status allowing you to keep the customer informed. Emails sent out will be configured based on a Status and an email template.
eWay integrationCrittah now integrates with eWay to take payments of invoices with a credit card.
Pay on mobileDrivers can now invoice a job and take credit card payments with eWay integration.
Calculated Custom fieldsCustom fields can be calculated based on other custom field values and general mathematics functions. For example two custom fields hold the "odometer start" and "odometer end" of a job. A calculated custom field could be added to subtract the "odometer end" from "odometer start" and multiply by a per KM amount to charge customer per KM on the job.
Inventory on mobile for jobsDrivers can add/remove/update inventory on a job from their mobile app
Job becomes read only when closedYou can now configure Crittah to make a job read only once it is closed. This ensures historic jobs are not changed once they are completed.
Lead ManagementA new lead management screen has been built to allow your sales team to manage all leads created in Crittah. The leads control screen allows the sales team to view new leads, un-assigned leads as well as leads assigned to them.
API IntegrationA new Crittah API (Application Program Interface) has been created to allow you to view/create/update information in Crittah from outside of Crittah. For example if you would like customer to visit your website and request jobs, your web developer can write web pages on your web site to take the customers inquiry and create jobs directly in Crittah for the back office or sales team to dispatch the jobs.
Validate addressesWhen an address is entered into Crittah and the Geo-Location button is pressed to place the address location on the map. The address itself is also validated and corrected if it is different from what has been found. If multiple options are identified a list of addresses are displayed for you to select from.
