Question : How do I reset a user password?

Answer : Via the Administration module, select “Users” and the select the User that you need to reset a password for

Question : A user cannot see various menus within Crittah

Answer : The user most likely does not have access to these Crittah Modules. You can adjust the user access via the Administration Module. Refer to the “Create or Edit Users” page of this guide

Question : I can’t find my Job to Assign to a Shift via the Shift Planning function

Answer : You will notice that there are various Filters in this screen which range from Job Date, Job Status etc. Please double check that you have the appropriate filters applied

Question : What do I do if I need a New FIELD?

Answer : New Fields are what we call Custom Fields, refer to the Custom Field Page of this Guide
