Mapping Custom Fields is required to determine what Job Types should use the fields created. Example : you may want the “Elevator at Destination” field to apply to Job Types of Office Move but not on General Job type

Now that you have created your Custom Field, you need to Map the New field to a Job Type. This is done via the Adminisation module Admin>Administration

Select “Map Custom Fields”

You will now be taken to a list of “Job Types” that have been setup for your company. Select the Job Type that you want the Custom Field to apply to

You can now assign an Available Field (on the right column) to the Job Type by dragging from the Right Column to the Left Column

Note : You can also re-arrange the position of the Assigned Fields by moving the “Field” up or down in the list. This wil change what order the fields are shown in the Job Screens
