Creating Job Templates

As the name suggests, Job Templates can be created to define the basic items of a regular Job that you may repeat for a customer.

Example : On every Tuesday, your company collects “x” amount of widgets from Customer ABC.

In this example, you may want to setup a Job Template to capture the basic items such as

  • The Customer

  • Contact

  • Due Time

  • Address Details

Once you have saved the Job Template, you can assign the Job Template to a Shift Template. This means that whenever you use that Shift Template, the Job will always be included on that Shift

Note : You can always remove or edit the job on the day

To Create a Job Template

Navigate via menu option of Manage>Job Template

You will notice that you can Search for existing Job Templates or Create a New Template

Once you select “New”, follow the basic prompts and Save the Job Template with a naming convention that best describes the Job ie “Tuesday - Customer ABC”
